laria, a corporate lawyer by background and investor by choice, has more than 20 years experience as M&A lawyer, with dual qualification (US and Italian). She worked for top financial institutions and national and international law firms in Italy and the US, advising multinational companies on corporate issues.

In the last 10 years she focused her activity on tech companies, becoming angel investor, member of Italian Angels for Growth Association (IAG), being listed on Sifted as one of the top European women angel investors, as well as becoming board member of GammaDonna (the leading Italian association supporting innovation and women entrepreneurship), of Roma Startup Association (in which role she is currently launching the Investor Chapter).

She has been an angel investor from over a decade and in 2019 she co-founded B-yond, an independent private investment vehicle, of which she is Managing Partner, investing primarily at seed and early stage, with a strategy of follow-on. She is also board member of Pathfinder Investor, an independent seed stage club deal vehicle with over a dozen investments and more under way.

She holds a law degree with laude from Luiss University, and a Master of laws in international finance from Georgetown University. Designated as Emerging Young Leader by the Council for the United States and Italy, she is a Fulbright Alumna, and author of many publications on corporate issues.
